Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region. For the modern women, we offer rental, resale, restoration, consignment and other ways to participate in sustainable fashion.
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Content Strategist to contribute to the Amplifications strategy in the Brand and Content Marketing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all content strategies across all existing and future social platforms, training and leading a team of content writers to create and implement highly effective, creative, on-brand and shareable marketing campaigns, and reporting directly to the Regional Content Manager.
This role is focused on growing the Consignment Marketplace to nurture the community of fashion customers and inventory for the business.
In this role, he/she is expected to work closely with the content, performance, KOL and product team leads to ensure that campaign plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on leader who will actively seek opportunities and inspire his/her team members to raise the bar for the strategic approach, creative development and execution within the market. He/She will formulate best-practices and performance measurement tools to direct and train the team to be able to think analytically and creatively while engaging with the audience and leveraging the benefits of each platform.
Apart from content marketing, he/she plays a major role in stakeholders management; working collaboratively with the founders, brand integrity teams and CRM teams to brainstorm and execute community-driven projects that help enhance brand loyalty and reputation. In addition, he/she will be building strong relationships with the #womenofstyletheory and ultimately, converting them to brand advocates (our superfans)!
