Style Theory is a Fashion-Technology company that is redefining Fashion Consumption. We believe that there is an inefficiency in the way we consume fashion in today's world and are on a mission to provide a smarter solution. We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest-growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a "Netflix-for-Fashion" model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.

The candidate will report to the Head of Resale Business and interact across multiple business stakeholders across the local and regional teams. The candidate will primarily be responsible for co-developing & shaping the business strategy and focus on geographical expansion of Style Theory’s resale business.

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Strategies and P&L Management:

  • Co-driving the strategy for expansion of Style Theory’s resale business both locally and internationally with the Head of Resale
  • Strategizing and executing new category launches suitable for each country 
  • Planning the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with the growth team for each country and executing successful launches
  • Refine playbooks for existing businesses and build playbooks for new experimental segments
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams in different countries to ensure healthy topline and margin month on month


  • Proactively seek out and pursue new opportunities with other corporate partners to increase Style Theory’s share of market and bring in a new customer base
  • Review commercial deal structures and legal review of all contracts with third parties
  • Establish suitable channels of traffic to Style Theory Shop by working with other retail partners and sustainable fashion businesses

The ideal skills for the role are:

  • Passionate about a hands-on experience to build new ventures in the sustainability space
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail strategy, e-commerce or business development roles  
  • Degree in a business-related discipline 
  • Strong level of curiosity and entrepreneurial drive
  • Able to operate independently and break down problems into actionable steps 
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
  • Highly analytical, organized and meticulous
