Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Ops with a strong technical background to improve service quality. Tech lead will be your companions during the ride.
Responsibility
- Logging the queries of customer service and employees
- Diagnosing and solving tickets from customer service or employees
- Analysis of tickets in order to discover any underlying issues or trends
- Bridging the gap between technical and customer service
- Create documentation support per user cases
- Push and prioritize issues with the related squad (Tech/Product)
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently
