Style Theory is a Fashion-Technology company that is redefining Fashion Consumption. We believe that there is an inefficiency in the way we consume fashion in today's world and are on a mission to provide a smarter solution.
We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest-growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product now expanding into Resale in an addition to our previous product Rental Subscription using a "Netflix-for-Fashion" model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
Role & Responsibility
- Responsible for international expansion strategy, planning and devising operational flow for Style Theory Resale
- Have a good grasp of international trade and shipping terms
- Ability to negotiate with international logistics providers and other merchants as necessary
- Work on process improvement to reduce costs by periodically reviewing cost-effective solutions to on-ground processes for local and international markets
- Work closely with the marketplace team to ensure sufficient supply to achieve required sales targets
- Analyze data to provide insights across all teams, including Merchandising, Growth, and Operations to improve business metrics
- Set and revise strategies to achieve maximum profitability
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of strategy experience in consumer retail, e-commerce, strategy consulting, or sales operations roles
- Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment
- Ensure Style theory processes and experiences are best in class
- Always be sustainability-conscious while making customer first choices
- Strong data analysis skills
- Consulting experience a plus
