Our core product is a Fashion Rental Subscription using a “Netflix-for-Fashion” model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region. For the modern women, we offer rental, resale, restoration, consignment and other ways to participate in sustainable fashion. 


The Role


We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to lead the Campaign Amplifications strategy in the Brand and Content Marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all content strategies across all existing and future social platforms, training and leading a team of content creators to create and implement highly effective, creative, on-brand and shareable marketing campaigns, and reporting directly to the Regional Content Manager.


This role is focused on growing the regional Rental campaigns to nurture the community of fashion customers and achieve business objectives and growth. In this role, he/she is expected to work closely with the content, performance, KOL and product team leads to ensure that campaign plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities.


We are looking for a proactive and hands-on leader who will actively seek opportunities and inspire his/her team members to raise the bar for the strategic approach, creative development and execution within the market. He/She will formulate best-practices and performance measurement tools to direct and train the team to be able to think analytically and creatively while engaging with the audience and leveraging the benefits of each platform.


Apart from content marketing, he/she plays a major role in stakeholders management; working collaboratively with the business units, brand integrity teams and CRM teams to brainstorm and execute community-driven projects that help enhance brand loyalty and reputation. In addition, he/she will be building strong relationships with the #womenofstyletheory and ultimately, converting them to brand advocates (our superfans)!

Key Responsibilities


  • Own the development of a strategic campaign marketing plan across all owned and paid channels for growth and retention
  • Lead overall marketing content planning and creation for Rental demand and consignment funnels; together with the creators, create original, thought-provoking and creative content pieces that will be used on all owned and paid marketing channels, including in-app notifications, blog, ads, etc.
  • Build, inspire and lead a team of content creators in brainstorming ideas, content creation and execution to meet campaign-specific objectives
  • Lead the development and execution of a wide range of content formats, including video, static image, animation, live action, texts (long-form and short-form); together with the Design and Production Team, bring the marketing campaign ideas to live
  • Integrate stakeholders’ ambitions and priorities into campaign strategy to delivering timely campaigns that are aligned with business objectives and product launches, as well as continue the brand storytelling excellence
  • Work collaboratively with the Amplifications team to build and measure channel KPIs and develop strategies based on hypothesis and insights from data/statistical analysis
  • Work collaboratively with CRM team to ensure quality control of the company’s relevant conversations and create a seamless customer experience in-app and on social, and beyond
  • Work collaboratively with Campaign Managers from other business lanes to improve content strategy and maximise distribution of assets, and develop strategies to drive impact for the business
  • Discover and work with the Brand Integrity team to find effective ways to execute and measure campaign marketing plans that will maximise engagement, boost sharing, talk value and brand advocacy


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar field/scope of work across multiple SEA markets
  • Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy space
  • Experienced in end-to-end campaign set ups; leading ideation to implementation, tracking and measuring
  • Good understanding of social media, digital trends, audience, channel levers of successful omni channel campaigns
  • Strong presentation skills; able to effectively communicate information and ideas to multiple stakeholders
  • Detailed and action-oriented
  • Enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Strong communication skills, work well in a team setting
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
  • A knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts
  • Prior experience in sharing economy or subscription-based platforms would be a plus!
